Drawing from her years in corporate training and marketing and her amazing ability to advance the business in all ways, we like to say that Carrie is the Swiss Army Knife of BLI. Carrie has a passion for her health and wellness. As a Senior Wellness Trainer, she has worked with globally recognized health and wellness organizations to deliver and implement full-day continuous improvement workshops, present hundreds of seminars and lunch-and-learns, and training programs that increase workplace capacities. At the core of her approach to balancing life is her work developing and applying tools and techniques to change negative behaviors.

Carrie also does a lot of work in the area of domestic ecological sustainability. She developed a curriculum that enables her to share knowledge about going green in the home, with guidance on eco-friendly products and methods. She incorporates into her training how you can do this as inexpensively as possible!
